39 detainees released in Nepal, says ICRC

Thirty-eight NepaleThirty-eight Nepalese policemen and one civil servant recently captured in conflicts were released Friday by anti-government guerrillas and handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The release took place in Nundhaki, in the Sankhuwasabha district of eastern Nepal, the ICRC said in a press release published here.
