font size

Mideast envoys from the European Union, the United States, the United Nations and Russia gathered here Friday for Quartet talks on how to revive the deadlocked roadmap peace plan between the Israelis and Palestinians, officials said.

Fabrice Aidan, a spokesman for UN Mideast envoy Terje Roed-Larsen, told local media that Friday's talks, held at the US embassy in central London, had been constructive and would go on over the weekend and on Monday in New York.
