Four coalition soldiers killed in Iraq

Four coalition soldiers were killed in two separate attacks in Iraq, a US military spokesman said Sunday.

According to the spokesman, two of the soldiers were killed when their convoy was attacked with small fire arms and rocket-propelled grenades in the city of Amara, 360 km south of Baghdad, around 7 p.m. (1500 GMT) Saturday.

The other two soldiers were killed in an attack in the northwestern part of Baghdad at 4:45 a.m. (0045 GMT) Sunday, the spokesman said.
