Indonesian warship visits Shanghai
The training warship KRI Dewaruci of the Indonesian navy arrived in Shanghai Monday morning for a six-day visit to the city.

This is the first visit by an Indonesian warship to Shanghai, sources said.

Wang Fan, deputy chief of staff of the Shanghai naval base, held a welcoming ceremony at the Yangtze River Port for the Indonesian training warship with 153 crew on board and headed by Captain Gig Jonias Mozes Sipasulta.

Wang Deding, commander of the Shanghai naval base, will meet Sipasulta and other Indonesian naval officers during their visit.

The Indonesian naval officers and soldiers will visit the guided missile frigate designed and made in China.

Soldiers of the two sides will also held sports games and other activities.
