China's chief of general staff to visit 4 European nations

Liang Guanglie, chief of General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, left Beijing Tuesday for an official goodwill visit to Russia, France, Britain and Romania, at the invitation of his counterparts of the four countries' armed forces.
