The Supreme People's Procuratorate on Thursday publicized a phone number (010-68650468) as well as an e-mail address (cyjb@spp.gov.cn) for public supervision on illegal actions concerning prisoners' sentence reduction, release on parole and release on bail for medical treatment.

An official with the Supreme People's Procuratorate said that from May 2004 to January 2005, a special check-up campaign on these problems will be carried out to safeguard the justice of laws and protect the legal interests of criminals.
