Vietnamese PM visits Liaoning

Visiting Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai said in Shenyang on May 23 Vietnam is willing to strengthen cooperation with Liaoning Province in various fields.

At the meeting with Wen Shizhen, secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Vietnamese prime minister said Vietnam is faced with some problems in the reform of state-owned enterprises, and Liaoning, which has successful experience in the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, may offer some help in this regard.

The Vietnamese prime minister arrived here Sunday noon from Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province in central China.
