Sri Lanka's Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar will hold talks with top Indian leaders, including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, here on Monday.

Kadirgamar, who arrived here Saturday night with Foreign Secretary H.M.G.S. Palihakkara, will also meet his new Indian counterpart K. Natwar Singh and National Security Adviser J.N. Dixit.

He will also convey greetings from Sri Lanka's leadership to India's new Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, officials said on Sunday.

Officials said the two sides would discuss a wide range of regional and global issues, including the peace process in Sri Lanka, during his four-day visit.
