FM talks over phone with Powell

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing and the United States Secretary of State Colin Powell had a phone conversation Monday.

The two sides exchanged views on the draft resolution on the Iraq issue by the United Nations Security Council and bilateral relation issues.
