Shanghai to host 2005-2007 Masters Cup

Shanghai has won the right to host the season-ending Masters Cup from 2005 to 2007, a Shanghai sports official said on June 1.

The official who asked not to be named said that the Shanghai Sports Administration and ATP had already signed an agreement on the deal.

The official announcement will be made by the Shanghai Sports Administration on Thursday, added the official.

Shanghai hosted the Masters Cup for the first time in 2002.
