    The 3rd APEC Medium & Small Enterprises Technology Conference and Fair opens on June 2 in the coastal city of Qingdao, East China's Shandong Province. Nearly 700 enterprises worldwide took part in the five-day fair, according to its organizers - China Center for Business Cooperation and Coordination and Qingdao Municipal Government.
