10 billion yuan loan package to help develop Liaoning Province

China Development Bank plans to extend 10billion yuan loans to Liaoning Province in northeast China to fund transportation, power, energy, water conservancy, coal mining, "three agriculture-related aspects"(agriculture, farmers and rural areas), and pilot projects of small and medium sized enterprises there.

The cooperation agreed upon between Liaoning and China Development Bank will cover 12 fields: upgrading of manufacturing, import industrial substitute, urban functions, counties'economy, human resources, social insurance, employment, SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) development, poverty reduction, sustainable development planning, business partnership and Zhang Wenyue, Governor of the province, and industrialization of key sci-tech projects, said Zhang Wenyue, Governor of the province.
