| Golden silkworm pod |

Third grade pupil Fang Jing shows a golden silkworm pod in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, June 2, 2004. Half month ago, the little girl began to breed silkworms to observe growing process of the worms following instructions of a teacher. One of those 20 silkworms she bred spun golden silk and finally grew into a golden pod. Scientists said the golden pod was rare and precious, and it was determined by genic factors.
