China's fastest supercomputer born

The Star of Nankai, the fastest supercomputer in China designed by Nankai University and made by IBM, has been made recently.

With 800 CPUs and 400 nodes, the supercomputer runs at 3.231 TFlops in the testing, meaning an efficiency of 68.74 percent.
