Russia and Belarus "believe in the Union potential," Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said in Minsk on Tuesday. That is the first Belarussian visit of Fradkov in his capacity of the Prime Minister.
The Russian-Belarussian Council of Ministers "will discuss important aspects of the bilateral integration, including the common currency plan and unified customs and tariff regulation. This is very important for the Union," Fradkov said.
He hopes that Russia and Belarus will verify and coordinate their approaches.
