Better Party's work for people urged

Zeng Qinghong, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) Central Committee, Saturday urged efforts to improve the party's work for the interest of the people.

To improve the Party's administrative capacity needs talents of all CPC members, Zeng said, adding that local Party schools should play a better role in training Party officials. Zeng, also Chinese vice-president, made the remarks during his visit to east China's Fujian Province.

He spoke highly of the work of the Party organizations in non-state enterprises in Fujian Province, saying that they should playa favorable role in helping push forward the enterprises development and protecting people's legal interests.

Zeng had visited the Party School of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and several state-owned and non-state enterprises as well as historic sites of the Party in western region of Fujian Province.
