On June 15 as veteran Party member Xia Tongtong at Xibaipo Village, national advanced worker Zhao Guozhong and middle school student Li Yishan at Beijing Yuying School cut the ribbon, the Beijing first show of Keeping Firmly In Mind the "Two Must's" and Preserving the True Political Qualities - Xibaipo Spirit Tour Exhibition was declared open at the National Museum of China.

The exhibition attracted the public from all walks of life and the exhibition hall was teeming with people. Their hearts were filled with reverence as they recalled the past and contemplated the present, cherishing the memory of that phase of glorious history. The whole exhibition was divided into 11 units with a total of 170 photos, 24 text versions, 5 charts and 56 pieces (sets) of exhibits. Through reviewing the glorious history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at Xibaipo, the historical scene of "the New China stemming from here" was reproduced. The important expositions, made by the three-generation leaderships with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin respectively at the core, on carrying forward the excellent tradition of the Party were reviewed. And the great "Two-Must" ("The comrades must be taught to remain modest, prudent and free from arrogance and rashness in their style of work. The comrades must be taught to preserve the style of plain living and hard struggle.") practice of the Chinese Communists was brought out.
