Chinese vice-premier meets Danish visitor

Chinese Vice-Premier Huang Ju met Wednesday with Jess Soderberg, CEO of A. P. Moller Maersk Group of Denmark.

Huang spoke positively of Maersk's business development in the Chinese market and said he hopes Maersk will play a more active role in promoting Sino-Danish cooperation as China's economic growth cherishes great opportunities for Sino-foreign cooperation.

Soderberg said Maersk, a world shipping giant set up in 1904, will develop long-term cooperation with the Chinese side and he also briefed Huang on Maersk's development plans in China.
