Chinese Vice-Premier Wu Yi met Friday with Andrea Jung, chairwoman and CEO of Avon Products Co., Ltd. of the United States.

Wu spoke positively of Avon (China)'s running business in China according to Chinese law, and said she appreciated Jung's devotion to public welfare undertakings aimed at improving the life and health of Chinese women.

Jung briefed Wu on Avon's development in recent years and its plan to increase investment in China.
