Chinese, Vietnamese FMs hold talks
font size

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held talks with visiting Vietnamese Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien Wednesday.

The two sides exchanged in-depth views and reached wide agreements on how to implement consensus built by both leaders before and on how to further bilateral relations and properly handle certain issues.

Nguyen said the Vietnamese government sticks to the one-China policy, supports the reunion of China, and thus opposes any form of "Taiwan dependence" activities.

Li expressed his appreciation for Nguyen's remarks.
