S.Korean president vows to combat terrorism resolutelySouth Korean President Roh Moo-hyun Wednesday strongly condemned terrorism and vowed to combat it resolutely in cooperation with the international community. In his first public response to the beheading of a South Korean national held hostage by Islamic militants in Iraq, Roh said in a brief televised statement that his government's plan to send additional troops to Iraq will stay on despite the incident.
