As part of its effort to improve the overall quality of land registration attorneyship ranks, China launched the qualification system in 2002.

Beginning this year, the examination is expected to be conducted in June annually. The subjects to be tested include the laws and regulations pertaining to land registration, the theory and relevant methods for transfer of land-use rights, probe into land registration as well as vocational skills entitled to attorneyship.
