CPPCC vice-chairman meets Thai guest

Abdul'ahat Abdulrixit, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met here Saturday with Montree Rupsuwan, secretary-general of the Senate of Thailand.

Expressing his appreciation of Thailand's support to China on the issues of human rights, Taiwan and Tibet, Abdul'ahat Abdulrixit said China hopes to strengthen friendly cooperation with Thailand in all fields to benefit two peoples.

The vice-chairman also said that he was satisfied with the cooperation between CPPCC and the Senate of Thailand and hoped thetwo organizations would enhance cooperation and exchanges in all their departments and at all levels.
