China working on market circulation legislation

China is speeding up the formulating laws and regulations on market circulation. Some of the rules have been submitted to the State Council after drafting while some are still under research.

The rules under the legislation process govern anti-monopoly, refined oil market, business franchising, contingency measures handling living necessities, business operations, second-hand autos marketing, bulk commodities wholesales, farm products circulation, resources recycling, chain stores, wine circulation and livestock slaughtering.
