Ministry of Commerce Launched Mid-term Review on Acrylate Dumping

Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 34 2004 on July 5th, deciding to launch mid-term review on dumping of Acrylate imported from Malaysia and Indonesia from July 5th, 2004.

Tariff Number of the product under review is 29161200 in Import and Export Tariffs of General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.

According to the relevant rules on anti-dumping cases, the Ministry of Commerce will review the normal value and export prices which have been altered in line with anti-dumping measures in effect against Acrylate imports from Malaysia BASF and NIPPON Shokubai (Indonesia).

The process will be completed by July 5, 2005, within 12 months after the date when the review is launched.
