Revisions and new rules have been made by State Administration of Industry and Commerce to implement Licensing Law. As of July 1, regulations on enterprises registration, involving the procedures, business scope, titles of companies, and registered capital, take effect.

A official in charge of the registration office in State Administration of Industry and Commerce said there are alterations on submission of original copies for registration and review, as well as time limit, etc. Specific instructions in line with the Licensing Law have been given on on-the-sport registration process, given difficulties in this practice due to various types of registration involved.
