font size

Jia Qinglin, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), said in Beijing on July 8 that the CPPCC will support the government to implement macro control policy decisively.

Jia made the remarks at the closing of the sixth standing committee conference of the 10th CPPCC National Committee, saying that the Scientific Concept of Development put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) carries great significance for the nation's revitalization.

Jia said the policy to strengthen China's macro control is based on the scientific understanding of economic development, so the CPPCC should take economic development as its major task and keep eyeing on the people's daily lives.
