The national volleyball teams of Cuba and China were set to clash on Friday in Havana as part of the sixth and final round of the 15th Men's World League.
The match was to start at 20:40 hours at the Coliseum of the Sports City, with a capacity for 15,000 people, which will also host the second game of the series.
During the away games in Shanghai, the Cubans lost twice versus the team coached by Di Anhe.
Cuba appears in the last place of Group C, with two victories and eight defeats, surpassed by Servia and Montenegro (8-2), the Olympic champions in Sydney 2000, and runners-up of the 2003 League; Italy (7-3), the eight-time champions of the league with the bronze medal in the previous Olympic Games, and China (3-7).
Servia and Montenegro, Italy and Brazil are already qualified for the next phase, set for July 16-18 in Rome and await the fourth contender that will come from Group B, with Bulgaria as the team with the best results.
