font size

A SARS treatment therapy with traditional Chinese medicine has been formally published by the WHO and Chinese authority.

The treatment includes a therapeutic schedule using Chinese medical treatment and recovery methods, reported Monday's CRI online.

Since last year's SARS outbreak, China's traditional medical practices have been used to help some SARS patients recover.

The WHO has confirmed traditional Chinese medicine has fewer demonstrated side effects when treating SARS patients.

Meanwhile, the therapy will firstly be promoted around East Asia and Oceania.
