Business start-up training launched

A project to teach laid-off workers how to start their own businesses has been launched in Beijing. The project aims to help some 30,000 laid-off workers a year start their own companies.

The project aims to help some 30,000 laid-off workers a year start their own companies with government support and international training courses, reported Monday's CRI online.

The project is sponsored by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Bureau of International Labor Affairs.
