As regards the organizational and material input to the diplomatic service, the president said: " I want to tell you that I have signed decrees determining the new ministry structure and the procedure of material upkeep of its employees. As a result, the personal responsibility of each public servant must grow seriously. But grow along with the material value of their work."

"In carrying out these changes, we tried it to take into account to a maximum degree the specific features of the activity of the foreign affairs ministry. However, no matter what the specific features of your work, the diplomatic service must not stand on the sidelines of the administrative reform.
