font size

The Communist Party of China(CPC) will strengthen cooperation with Mozambican ruling Liberation Front Party (Frelimo), a senior CPC official said Thursday, July 22.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remark when meeting a Frelimo delegation led by Marcelino Dos Santos, a member of the Frelimo's Central Committee.

Praising the relationship between the two parties and two countries, Wang said the CPC will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Frelimo in order to develop ties between the two countries.

Dos Santos thanked CPC and Chinese government's long-term support of Mozambique. He said Frelimo and the Mozambican government will continue to adhere to the one-China policy and support China's reunification, while committed to develop the relationship between both parties and countries.
