Sino-India border talks open
China and India started the third round meeting on boundary issue in New Delhi on July 26.

Dai Bingguo, Chinese special representative and Vice Foreign Minister held talks with his counterpart, JN Dixit, Indian National Security Advisor.

The two-day talks, held between Special Representatives appointed by both governments, are set to resolve the long-time border dispute between the two countries.

The Chinese Vice Foreign Minister arrived in New Delhi on the evening of July 25 at the invitation of Dixit.

Sources say that Dai Bingguo will meet Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh.
