China names new officials in charge of HK, Macao affairs

The State Council, the central Chinese government, appointed Xu Ze deputy director of the Central People's Government Liaison Office in Macao, and Zhang Xiaoming deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Officeunder the State Council.

Xu was previously the deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office under the State Council.
