China's PC makers to install Linux OS
font size

The world's third largest Linux software manufacturer, Thizlinux Laboratory, said at least six Chinese PC companies will install the Linux Operating System in their products to replace the dominant Windows OS.

The company said these PC makers will experiment with new Linux products, but the country's largest one, Lenovo, is not included on the list.

The open-source coded Linux Operating System is Microsoft Windows' major rival.
