Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (R) meets with Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi in Kuwait, July 31, 2004. Allawi arrived here Saturday to kick off his three-day visit to Kuwait, the first of its kind since he took up the post late June. He is also the first Iraqi Prime Minister to visit Kuwait since the end of Gulf War.
