Inter-Korean ministerial talks to be postponed inevitably

South Korea says it's unlikely Seoul and Pyongyang will hold a ministerial level meeting as schedule this week.

The two countries originally agreed in April to hold the inter-Korean ministerial talks on August the 3rd in Seoul.

The two sides usually have contact a week before the meetings to prepare, but so far North Korea has failed to discuss any details about the meeting with Seoul.

The DPRK has no comment on this matter so far.
