At 9:35 this morning, 15 kids and two teachers were stabbed wound in the Kindergarten of Peking University First Hospital, Xinhua reported.

The police arrived on the scene soon after receiving the call and caught the criminal in the act.

The wounded were rushed to the hospital immediately. One child died after the emergency treatment. Another child and a teacher still remain in serious condition. Others were transfered to the hospital's mother and children's care center.

According to the police, Xu Heping, the suspect, is the guard of the kindergarten.

This case is under further investigation.
