Thirty Iraqi civil officials from ten ministries have concluded a two-week training in Jordan, the official Petra News Agency reported on August 6.

The training, which was launched in February, is sponsored by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and financed by the European Commission.

It consists of a series of 20 courses on various fields such as management, purchase and project management.; Earlier last month, some 75 Iraqi civil servicemen concluded the same courses.

More than 600 Iraqi civil officials were expected to go into the training as part of the IMF's program to develop their capabilities.
