Spain hopes for over 15 medals in Athens Olympics

The Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) expressed its confident that Spain will achieve more in Athens than in Sydney at the Olympic Games.

COE president Jose Echevarria said "we will have to win over 15 medals in Athens."

"We have to recover the level because we are a little low in terms of medals. In Sydney, we had many finalists, more than in Atlanta, but we didn't have enough medals."

In Athens, the Spanish athletes have their great medal hopes in sailing and cycling.
