Japanese Tanimoto wins women's 63kg Olympic judo gold

Japanese Ayumi Tanimoto defeated Austrian Claudia Heill by ippon to take the women's 63kg judo gold medal at the Athens Olympic Games Tuesday.

Urska Zolnir of Slovenia beat Canadian Marie Helene Chisholm by three shidoes to share the bronze medal with Cuban Driulys Gonzalez, who was declared winner in the absence of her opponent Daniela Krukower of Argentina.
