Sadr's militiamen organizes fair for war spoils from US forces

The fair included parts of two American tanks that were destroyed in the city, the parts of other burned vehicles, different types of weapons and barb wires, said the paper.

Al Sadr City, one of the outskirts of the Iraqi capital and the main stronghold of the Al Sadr, witnessed violent clashes for two weeks between Mehdi Army and the US forces.

The clashes resulted in the killing and injury of hundreds of civilians, the destruction of many houses and commercial places, and the loss of basic services in the city.
