During the Jan.-June period, 26,049 suspects were arrested by the Chinese police with 4,931 kilograms of heroin, 1,941 kilograms of methamphetamine hydrochloride, also known as "ice," and more than 220,000 amphetamines, called "shaking head pills," said the paper.
