font size

China's top organization sector and Nokia Corp. signed a memorandum of understanding on personnel training and communication Monday in Beijing.

He Guoqiang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chief Executive Officer Jorma Ollila, were present at the signing ceremony.

He, also a member of the Secretariat and head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, met with Ollila before the signing ceremony and the two sides exchanged views on the overseas training of Chinese officials.

China will improve the quality of the officials, not only training them in academic schools, but also cooperating with foreign training sectors to foster their world perspective and strategic thinking, He Guoqiang said.
