font size

Chairman and President of Bank of China, Xiao Gang, has declared that his bank will strengthen ties with Japanese and South Korean banks to help the two countries' enterprises enter the Chinese market.

He told a forum in the northern city of Tianjin that it is also part of BOC's efforts to promote its globalization process. China Radio International reported Tuesday.

Since 2000, the Bank of China has been in cooperation with Japanese regional banks by providing RMB financing services for their clients which have businesses in China.

And the bank also jointly launched a remittance business with South Korean banks.
