Senior CPC official meets Irani guest

Wang Gang, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met here Wednesday with Hassan Ghafouri Al-fard, president of Iran Parties House, who is here to attend the Third International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP).

Wang, an alternate member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, spoke highly of the friendly relations between China and Iran.

He said the CPC is ready to promote exchanges with all parties in Iran to further the relationship between the two countries.

Ghafouri Al-fard said his party would like to learn from the CPC on administration and push forward the relations with the CPC.

The third ICAPP will be held in Beijing from Sept. 3 to 5., involving more than 80 parties from over 30 countries.
