Chinese officials meet Bulgarian chief prosecutor

Ismail Amat, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, and Jia Chunwang, procurator-general of the Chinese Supreme People's Procuratorate, met respectively here Friday with a Bulgarian procuratorial delegation led by its chief prosecutor Nikola Filchev.

The two sides held a friendly conversation on issues of shared concern.

Filchev and his delegation arrived here Thursday as Jia's guest. Besides Beijing, they will also travel to Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in southern China.
