Li Changchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), arrives in Pyongyang for an official goodwill visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Sept. 10, 2004. Li is leading a delegation of the CPC and the Chinese government for the visit at the invitation of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and the DPRK government.
