President of Sao Tome and Principe Fradique de Menezes on Wednesday dismissed Prime Minister Maria das Neves from her allegedly involvement of corruption scandal, according to a report from Sao Tome.
According to a presidential decree, de Menezes, convoked the majority party, Movement for the Liberation of Sao Tome and Principe-Social Democratic Party (MLSTP-PSD), to appoint a new prime minister for the government without recourse to elections.
