Online auctioneer eBay will integrate on Friday a recently purchased China site into its global network.

EBay Chief Executive Meg Whitman says the US-based eBay bought Shanghai-headquartered EachNet in two tranches for 180 million US Dollars over the past two years, and now owns the company outright, China Radio International reported Friday.

The new entity, eBay EachNet, had 6.9 million users who traded 63 million US dollars in goods in the second quarter of this year, up 25 percent and 28 percent, respectively, from the first quarter.

EachNet controls an estimated 60-70 percent of China's online auction market, worth an estimated 230 US dollars last year.
